My Story

In 2008, after years of struggling with illness, I was finally diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Back then, being gluten free was tough. Food options were scarce, and dining out was nearly impossible. My world revolved around finding safe food options. Thankfully, things have improved since then. Now, there are more gluten free products and restaurants than ever before.

While the situation has improved, I still need to make sure I stay safe wherever I go - including at my family's house! I was visiting them, and as always, we went shopping to buy new gluten free items that I could eat without risk of cross-contamination. As I rummaged for a permanent marker to label all my food as gluten free, I realized I wanted a better way to do this.

I looked online for gluten free labels, but none had that personal flair I wanted - so I decided to make my own. I whipped up some cute labels and absolutely loved using them.

After using the labels for a while, it dawned on me that others might also be seeking a solution. These labels, originally designed for my own use, have evolved into a way to share my journey with others. Whether you're labeling pantry essentials and kitchen gadgets (toaster!), adding flair to jars, ensuring the safety of kids' lunch boxes, or adding a special touch to bake sales or weddings - Gluten Free VIP has everything you need.

Living with Celiac Disease and sticking to a gluten free lifestyle is a big part of who I am. I'm excited to share that with you. I hope these stickers bring you joy and show that being gluten free can be fun!
